Coke is B&W

I guess i'm in a macro mood, and a bit of a stripes one as well :).
I didn't feel like shooting something in B&W and opted for something that naturally is B&W.

Do you want to have your mind blown? Watch this. (This will cost you 13.5 minutes)

Hugh Herr, Director of Biomechatronics at MIT University delivers an amazing talk that will touch your soul.

I was in the audience. I was almost in the back row. For the opening few minutes of the talk, I couldn't see his feet. So imagine what happened when I finally stood up and saw his legs.

Simply amazing.

I'll save some of you the trouble: This IS over-processed :)

But… I kind of liked the way it felt like that, so I went with it.

It was shot in a place called the "3 bassins" (3 basins) in Reunion Island.

In Reunion Island, Saint Gilles is one of the main beaches

This part of it is right inbetween the port, the city and… the beach.

I liked how you see the beach… from another part of the shore. That and the little sunset reflection + silhouettes of course :).

Here is a detail from a "sculpture" hidden in the middle of Paris' "La Défense", one of Europe's major business districts.

It has never seemed too "interesting" to me, but i felt like it could at least fit quite well with this theme!

Have a great week.
